Yes. Paply is in its testing phase and opening up step by step, and some businesses already use it every day. You can create an account and start on the Free plan today. Sending and receiving over the e-invoice exchange network is coming soon; until then invoices go out by email with a PDF.

Slovenia and Croatia, including fiscalization with each country's tax authority. Serbia is on our roadmap, and the apps are already available in Serbian.

Yes. Import your partners, continue your invoice numbering from where you left off, and import invoices you already issued so your history and open balances are complete.

Yes. Invite your accountant as a team member or a read-only user, depending on what they need to do. Accountants with several clients can use represented companies to manage them from one login.

No. The Free plan is free forever and lets you draft unlimited invoices, design templates and download PDFs. You only add payment details when you choose a paid plan.

Nothing stops working. Each e-invoice above your plan's allowance costs €0.15 and is added to your next bill. If you regularly go over, a bigger plan is usually cheaper.

No. Only e-invoices sent or received through the exchange network count. Email delivery, drafts and PDF downloads are unlimited on every paid plan.

Yes. Pay monthly with no lock-in, or yearly and get 2 months free. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You manage it all from Billing in the app.

Core, Pro and Enterprise. AI reads supplier bills you upload, photograph or forward by email.

Yes, on the Core, Pro and Enterprise plans. You can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another assistant that supports Model Context Protocol (MCP) to one Paply company, either read only or with permission to prepare drafts that a person confirms in Paply. It can never send, issue or fiscalize invoices or make payments, and company admins can disconnect it at any time.

Fiscalization reports an invoice to the tax authority, which confirms it with a unique code printed on the invoice. E-invoicing sends the invoice itself to your customer as structured data instead of a PDF. They are separate obligations, and Paply is built to handle both.

Upload your fiscal certificate once in the settings. From then on, Paply fiscalizes invoices when you confirm them and prints the codes and QR code on the invoice. If the tax service is down, Paply resubmits automatically.

Exchange over the e-invoice network is in its final stage of development and is coming soon. Your plan's network allowance applies from launch, and nothing changes in how you create invoices.

For the statutory retention period: 10 years in Slovenia and 11 years in Croatia. You can export your data at any time.

In the European Union, in Amazon Web Services' Frankfurt region. Passwords and certificates you connect are encrypted, and sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication.

Yes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and our data processing agreement covers the data you process in Paply.

Yes, at any time from your account settings. Invoices that must be kept by law stay in the archive until the retention period ends.

Paply for Android and iOS is coming soon. It works with the same account as the web app, so anything you set up today carries over.

No. Plans are managed on the web at paply.app, and your subscription works in the app automatically.
