More than one company?
Add represented companies to your workspace. Each one is fully separate (its own invoices, partners and fiscalization) but shares your subscription and login. €4.90 a month per company, not available on Free.
What counts as an exchanged e-invoice?
An invoice sent or received through the e-invoice network counts as one. Drafts, PDF previews and downloads, and ordinary email delivery never count.
Pay yearly, get 2 months free
Start €120, Core €270 and Pro €590 a year. Your e-invoice allowance stays monthly, and extra e-invoices and represented companies are billed monthly.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, with no refund.

Pricing questions
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
Nothing stops working. Each e-invoice above your plan's allowance costs €0.15 and is added to your next bill. If you regularly go over, a bigger plan is usually cheaper.
Do invoices sent by email count towards the allowance?
No. Only e-invoices sent or received through the exchange network count. Email delivery, drafts and PDF downloads are unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes. Pay monthly with no lock-in, or yearly and get 2 months free. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You manage it all from Billing in the app.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is free forever and lets you draft unlimited invoices, design templates and download PDFs. You only add payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice where it applies.
How do I pay for Paply?
By card, through Stripe, in the Paply web app. Plans can't be bought inside the mobile app; your subscription from the web works there automatically.
