The whole invoice journey
From the first draft to the archived, paid and fiscalized invoice. No spreadsheets, no separate tools.
Pick a customer, add items from your catalogue, and Paply works out the VAT, the invoice number and the due date from the customer's payment terms.
Email the invoice with a PDF attached, from Paply or from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox. Structured e-invoices over the exchange network are coming soon.
Send invoice 2026-021
Upload a PDF or photo, or forward bills to your own Paply inbox address. AI reads the supplier, dates, totals and line items, then the bill goes through approval before anyone pays it.
Slovenian invoices carry a UPN QR code your customers scan in their banking app. Import a CAMT.053 or MT940 bank statement and Paply matches the payments to your invoices.
Paply fiscalizes invoices with FURS in Slovenia and the Tax Administration in Croatia, prints the verification QR code on the invoice and retries on its own if the tax service is unreachable.

Keep contracts and certificates next to your invoices, with a reminder before anything expires.
Add represented companies, each fully separate, on your subscription for €4.90 a month.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to one company. Ask who owes you money or what is due this week, and let it prepare drafts that a person confirms in Paply. It can never send, fiscalize or pay.
